Does ReplyRush have AI that answers DMs from my documents?
No, on every page we read on 30 September 2026. ReplyRush's one AI feature is AI Generated Triggers, which reads an Instagram caption and updates the trigger keywords automatically. Searching ReplyRush's own help centre for "knowledge" returned no results, and no document upload was offered anywhere.
Keyword detection and answering a question are different jobs, and the second is what a buyer usually means by AI. HookSend's knowledge bases take a document — a price list, a refund policy, a syllabus — and answer DMs from it, with AI path routing and an AI answer step available inside a flow. ReplyRush's home page does market "AI-powered auto replies" for its inbox, and nothing on the site describes a model answering from content you supply, so this page does not claim one exists.

HookSend's Free plan excludes story replies, the follow gate, product carousels, lead capture, AI answers, DM flows and the MCP connector, and includes comment-to-DM and the creator storefront. HookSend also gives every new workspace 15 days of every feature and 50,000 DMs first; ReplyRush advertised a 7 day paid trial that asks for a card.
Does ReplyRush have a flow builder?
Yes, and its own FAQ says otherwise. ReplyRush's features page and help centre documented a Flow Automation builder on 30 September 2026 — up to 25 DMs in one flow, delays from minutes to hours, reusable across posts — while its FAQ still described practical workflows "without complex flow builders" on the same day.
Taking the documented feature as the true one, both tools build multi-step DM conversations. HookSend's flow steps cover buttons, quick replies, cards, an AI answer from your documents, AI path routing, collecting an answer, conditions, a time check, a wait of up to 24 hours, tags, webhooks, handover to a human, a jump into another flow and re-entry rules. ReplyRush's documented steps were text, media templates and quick replies with delays between them, which is a shorter list without the AI and conditional pieces.
Can ReplyRush automate Facebook as well as Instagram?
Yes, and HookSend cannot. Every ReplyRush tier we read on 30 September 2026, including the free one, included a Facebook account alongside the Instagram account — one each on Free and Lite, three on Boost, five on MAX. HookSend is Instagram only, on every plan.
Anyone who needs one tool across both networks should pick ReplyRush over HookSend on that basis alone, and this page will not argue otherwise. Is ReplyRush approved by Meta?
Yes, in its own words, which differ from ours. ReplyRush publishes an Official Meta Business Partner badge and a page stating it is officially approved by the Meta Developer Team. The phrase "Meta Tech Provider" appeared nowhere on its site on 30 September 2026, and neither did "Graph API".
HookSend is an approved Meta Tech Provider, the status Meta grants an app whose permissions it has reviewed, and this page does not rank the two labels because we audited neither. The safety question has the same answer for both tools: each connects through Meta's own screens rather than asking for an Instagram password. Meta's rules bind both equally — one private reply per comment, a message only within 24 hours of the person's last message, no private reply to a comment over seven days old, and a professional Instagram account.

Every ReplyRush figure above came off ReplyRush’s own public pages. The list below is what those pages did not answer, so no sentence on this page states it either. Where one of these matters to your decision, ReplyRush is the only reliable source for it.
- ReplyRush's annual prices in either currency. Its FAQ described annual billing at roughly 20% off, as twelve months for the price of about ten, and printed no annual figure, so this page states none.
- Whether ReplyRush supports Ads click-to-DM as opposed to replying to comments on ads. Its pages describe auto-replying to comments on sponsored posts, and the phrase click-to-DM appears nowhere on the site.
- Whether ReplyRush triggers on Instagram Live comments. Its comparison pages print a tick for IG Live auto-reply, and no feature page, help article or pricing bullet backs that up, so this page makes no claim either way.
- Any age limit on the comments SendBack will pick up. ReplyRush publishes a once-per-post-per-day limit and no time window, and Instagram's own seven day rule applies to every tool whether a vendor mentions it or not.
- Which of ReplyRush's own pages is right where they disagree. Its home page states three Instagram accounts and 150,000 DMs per account, and its pricing page states one to five accounts and 7,500 to 400,000 DMs per plan; this page follows the pricing page.
